The site offers general roofing information and a way to be put in touch with one independent local roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty or permit comes from that roofer, never from this site, which performs no roof work and takes no part in insurance claims.

Any agreement you make is between you and the roofer. Look the roofer up on the DLI license lookup at dli.mn.gov and read the contract before you sign. This site is not responsible for the roofer's work, prices, schedule or conduct.

The cost calculator, the repair-or-replace checker and the published cost figures are planning aids drawn from outside sources. They are not quotes, and they may be dated or wrong for your home.

Please don't send false requests or someone else's details, copy the site's content for your own use, or interfere with how the site runs.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its owner is not liable for losses that come from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
